What is Business Planning? — "A results-oriented process"

Business Planning is a creative expression of how you see yourself. It measures your willingness to explore the uppermost extent of your potential. It tests the validity of your dreams, the honesty of your aspirations, and the strength of your character. It gauges your belief in yourself. It also helps you better interpret your experiences in the world.

A well-drafted and faithfully executed business plan replaces the typical response mechanism that surrenders to needless concern about fluctuating economic cycles, limited supply, and constant money worries. Faithful execution, in this context, requires both a firm commitment and absolute allegiance to the principles, objectives, and activities you set forth in your plan. Anything less is a conscious decision to remain fixed in thought, behavior, and consequences.

NCI has programs through which its consultants work with individuals or private companies in group settings to assist in developing a functional business plan and methodology for increasing productivity. The standards for planning are built around three goals: (1) Keep it Simple; (2) Have Fun Making Money; and (3) Be as Productive as Possible.

■ Phase I Program: Business Planning Workshop
This program can be tailored for Corporate or Individual Programs

This introductory, but critical program lays the foundation for all phases that follow. New students as well as experienced
veterans will work with productivity enhancing ideas built around personal and business goals coupled with focused DPA’s
(Dollar Productive Activities). Phase I delivers a high degree of motivational input as well as action-oriented techniques.

Supporting materials discuss the attitudinal and behavioral objectives, coupled with the “numbers” and DPA’s, necessary
to create the desired income stream (benchmarked at an annual income determined by each participant). All tracking
sheets are provided, with instruction as to proper use in the field.

What is Coaching? — "A process for staying accountable and profitable."

The term "Coaching" has become nearly cliche in today's business world. At NCI, we think of ourselves more as "Productivity Counselors." Regardless of the term you use, coaching is a process whereby you give a specially-trained professional the opportunity to scan the way you typically approach your business or your life in general, and then diagnose anything that prevents a successful outcome. Anyone can call themselves a coach, but it takes someone who truly understands human behavior to see through personal, and often deep-seated barriers to success.

The following components can be delivered, in tandem, as a "Full Program" or as "Unbundled Services." The components work especially well when delivered, on-site, as part of a company-wide plan to boost the productivity of the entire organization. When it comes to the accountability portion of business planning and its execution, participants uniformly praise the "high touch," "compassionate," yet "resolute" approach that NCI coaches utilize.

■ Phase II: Group Coaching
This program is designed for Corporate or Group (Multiple Attendee) offerings

Phase II is on-going workshop that focuses attention on key areas critical to creating new thought and behavior patterns
for success in sales. Time is allocated to each Phase 1 component in every group coaching session. This sequential
approach allows for defining and refining the target concepts and practical skills over the course of the entire program.
Components include evaluation and course correction along with scripts, delivery methodologies, role playing, and
positive critique. These powerful and effective sessions produce results for anyone desiring a more efficient, abundant life.

■ Phase III: Personal Coaching
This program is designed for Corporate or Individual offerings
This is where the accelerating benefits of NCI's coaching program really occur! Participants submit specific activity
summary reports to their assigned NCI Coach (and company management in the case of corporate programs).
Regular meetings or telephone consultations are scheduled with your NCI Coach for the purpose of monitoring program
compliance. This accountability component is essential to success tracking and building a consistent book of business.
