Certified Construction Resource (CCR) Designation Program
This
innovative program consists of 5 modules and a Qualifying Exam. CCR is
the first targeted designation for real estate agents and new
construction sales associates who desire a more thorough background in
the construction technologies and their application to the residential
sales market. For most agents, construction represents the final
frontier of real estate knowledge. Participants will gain a more
intimate understanding of the existing structures they list and sell.
This information can also lead to greater confidence when working with
Builders and New Construction Buyers.
