• ABC's of Enhancing Customer Loyalty Who
ever said, “You can’t judge a book by its cover,” obviously never
worked in a service industry! In today’s information-driven,
service-hungry society, the marketplace can be unforgiving to
businesses and organizations who are not prepared to raise the customer
service bar. Effective customer service is as much a “state of mind” as

issue of agency is practiced everyday in real estate, yet rarely can
the agent easily and understandably explain the process to their
prospective customer or client. This program exposes the many myths
agents have regarding agency and procuring cause, as well as the misuse
of state-mandated Agency Disclosure Forms. A brief, historical review
of agency assists the participant in understanding the rationale behind
the disclosures and agency contracts necessary to manage the risk in
actual daily practice. Group questions illustrate the need to develop
proper dialogue in communicating with buyers, sellers, landlords or
tenants when reviewing company policies on agency. A certificate of
completion will be provided all participants to demonstrate compliance
for their broker.

Whether it involves the perpetration of a vile hate crime, or a subtle
violation that may go unreported, fair housing breaches are
intolerable. This fast-paced, how-to, Q&A-based program examines
the issue from a practitioner’s perspective. With cultural diversity on

illustrate the need for impartiality and fair decision-making skills.
This program is a must for any Association wanting to provide the
highest level of competency and training in Professional Standards.
